A partner and member of the firm Management Committee, Brian Poston was raised in the Northwest Territories and attended Lester B. Pearson
United World College of the Pacific in Victoria, British Columbia. He studied in France and has a bilingual undergraduate degree.
Brian is a trial lawyer who practices civil litigation and focuses on aviation and product liability law. Other practice areas include personal injury and insurance defence. Brian has appeared before all levels of British Columbia court and various administrative tribunals.
Brian has notable experience in aviation and related insurance litigation.
