senior associate with MacKenzie Fujisawa LLP, Brian Konst’s
work combines a commercial transactional practice with litigation
experience in the areas of intellectual property, foreclosure
and insolvency, and admiralty.
Recently, Brian has acted for a large American building products’
concern in the purchase of the assets of a local cement manufacturer,
acted as counsel in a series of surety enforcement actions
for one of Canada’s largest commercial insurers, and
assisted domestic and foreign clients in the arrest of vessels
in Canadian waters and the enforcement of maritime security.
