Graham
is the named partner of MacKenzie Fujisawa LLP and was also
a founding partner of its predecessor firm, Braidwood MacKenzie.
Graham is our senior solicitor and has a diversified general
practice focused primarily in commercial law and business
law issues.
Throughout
his career, Graham has practiced as a corporate commercial
solicitor. Despite this focus, Graham has also litigated a
number of cases, including appearances before the Supreme
Court of Canada.
Graham also possesses notable experience in Wills and Estate
planning as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Graham has acted as counsel and trustee and executor of a
number of large family estates and has been intimately involved
in providing advice and managing the businesses of those estates.
