practice with emphasis in the areas of real estate development,
commercial leasing and business law.
Judy has extensive experience in multi-family and mixed use
strata property developments, commercial and industrial leasing,
corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial
matters.
Judy acts for some of the largest property developers in B.C.,
advising them on subdivision matters, fee simple, row-housing,
multi-family residential, mixed use, leasehold, commercial,
and bare land strata developments including: acquisitions,
financing, disclosure statements, and negotiating and documenting
support and access easements, statutory rights of way, and
restrictive covenants, and eventual sale or lease of the developments.
Judy acts for a number of corporations, advising them on corporate
matters and on contracts, acquisitions, sales, leases, licenses
and day-to-day matters associated with their respective businesses.
