partner in MacKenzie Fujisawa LLP, Michael has a general civil
litigation practice focusing in the areas of insurance, personal
injury and estate litigation. Michael acts for insurers and
insureds. Michael has litigation experience in commercial
and construction litigation and debt collection. Michael has
conducted many trials before both judges and juries.
Michael
has developed a practice in the defense of insurance fraud
claims and has had many trial (judge and jury) successes in
this area.
Michael has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia
including Provincial Court, Supreme Court and the Court of
Appeal. Michael has appeared as counsel in the Court of Queens
Bench in Alberta.
