commercial and residential real estate development and secured
lending practice. Rob represents developers, contractors,
lenders, vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants.
Rob has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial
real estate and project acquisition and development. This
practice includes satisfying all regulatory requirements for
rezoning property and facilitating the development process.
The work includes complex land assemblies, subdivision, multi-family
residential development, mixed use development and commercial
and industrial developments.
Rob leads the Firm’s banking and secured lending practice.
The Firm is Designated Counsel in British Columbia for lending
transactions for the Royal Bank of Canada.
