ADMINISTRATIVE LAW/BOARD HEARINGS
Todd is associate counsel with MacKenzie Fujisawa.
He holds a degree in philosophy and history from Trent University, a law degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Queen’s University. Todd was called to the bars of Ontario and British Columbia.
His practice is largely made up of defending professional negligence claims, disciplinary matters, real estate and estate litigation and advising on managing risk.
Todd has served on a number of committees dealing with the business of law, technology and communications for both the BC branch of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia. He is Past Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC, Secretary of the British Columbia Courthouse Library Society and teaches philosophy of law to masters students at Simon Fraser University’s School of Criminology.
He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Institute of Parliamentarians and the International Union of Notaries.
